Platinum Wireless is a product of Platinum Services LLC, a Missouri company based in Kansas City. Since 2015 we have helped families stay connected through the federal Lifeline program, and we now provide business phone numbers, calling and texting for small businesses and the agencies that serve them.

Free talk, text and data for households on qualifying benefits, at or under 135% of the federal poverty guidelines, veterans and people with disabilities. Keep your number or get a new one.

Local and toll-free numbers for your business with calling, voicemail and two-way texting to your own customers who have agreed to hear from you. Each business is registered in its own name with the carriers.

We text only people who asked us to. Customers opt in on our application or by texting our number first. Messages cover application status, account updates, appointment reminders and service notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. We never sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in consent with anyone for marketing.
